About this service

These terms apply to MORARI Publisher, a service of MORARI Studio ("we") in Tangerang, Indonesia. MORARI Publisher helps MORARI Studio and the brands we work with plan, review and publish videos to their TikTok accounts, through TikTok's official API (Login Kit and Content Posting API).

Who may use it

The MORARI Studio team and the brands or clients who use our services. A TikTok account is only connected when its owner logs in and grants permission.

How it works

• The owner of the TikTok account logs in through TikTok and grants permission. That permission can be revoked at any time in TikTok's settings.
• We review and approve every video before it is published.
• Content is only published to accounts that granted permission, and only content that the account owner made or has the rights to.

TikTok rules

All content published through this service is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Limitation of liability

This service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it is always available or free of interruptions, including interruptions on TikTok's side.

Privacy

How we process data is described in our TikTok App Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top is updated.
